1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
​National Injury Counsel is a marketing platform. We do not recommend or endorse any specific attorney or law firm. All legal fulfillment is provided by independent third-party law firms. We receive compensation from these firms for our marketing services.


​2. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
​Using this website, opting into our SMS service, or communicating with our AI Intake Assistant does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed when you sign a formal retainer agreement directly with an independent law firm.


​3. AI VOICE & AUTOMATED CALL DISCLOSURE
​By providing your phone number and opting into voice communications, you grant National Injury Counsel and its Network Partners prior express written consent to contact you. You acknowledge that:

  • ​Initial contact may be conducted by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent.
  • ​The AI will identify itself as an automated assistant within the first five (5) seconds of the call.
  • ​Calls are recorded for quality assurance and compliance documentation.


​4. SMS/MMS TEXTING TERMS
​If you opt-in to SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated messages. Message frequency varies based on your case status. Standard message and data rates apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.


​5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
​National Injury Counsel is not responsible for the legal advice, representation, or outcomes provided by the law firms in our network. You agree that we are not liable for any damages arising out of your interactions with a referred law firm.


​6. MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
​Any dispute arising from your use of this site or our communications shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
